Virginia Statewide PC and Notebook Virginia Desktop, Notebooks, Rugged, Peripherals and COTS

This contract will provide authorized users and public bodies with a broad range of computer hardware device options to satisfy the immediate and future computer hardware needs of the Commonwealth. To achieve this goal, VITA is seeking services that will provide one or more contracts for the purchase of computer hardware  including personal computer devices, peripherals, servers and associated services for the Commonwealth.

Ordering Agencies: All VA public bodies, including Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), as defined by §2.2-4301 and referenced by § 2.2-4304 of the Code of Virginia. Individual Commonwealth employees are not authorized to purchase equipment or services for their personal use from this contract.
Delivery: Delivery is 30 days. All in stock orders received before 2 p.m. EST are shipped same day. All in stock orders received after 2 p.m. EST are shipped the next business day.
Products & Services: The products and services made available under this contract include but are not limited to PC/all-in-one computers, workstations, mobile workstations, laptops, thin clients, rugged laptops, rugged tablets for Windows and Android, non-rugged tablets for Windows and Android in addition to servers, peripherals, and associated services.
Period of Performance: August 22, 2019 to August 21, 2024
