Virginia Information Technology Hardware and Maintenance with Lease and Rental Options Contract – VITA Print

VITA Print provides purchase/rental/lease of print devices, related software, accessories and supplies. This contract allows for services and maintenance for devices and managed print services. In addition, this contract sets forth the terms and conditions under which supplier shall provide print devices and managed print services to the authorized users.

Ordering Agencies: All public bodies, including VITA, as defined by Code § 2.2-4301 and referenced by Code §§ 2.2-4304 and 2.2-2012, authorized to participate in the procurement of information technology under this Contract. In addition, authorized users include private institutions of higher education.

Delivery: Delivery terms are variable dependent upon the order size and time of year.

Products & Services: Purchase, lease and/or rental of print related hardware and services. Products offered include but not limited to Multi-Function, Black and White Laser, Desktop Wide Format, Large Format, Large Photo Quality, 3D, and High-End Ink Jet printers.

Period of Performance: November 21, 2019 to November 20, 2025
