TruPrint 1000 with multilaser option

Two 200 W TRUMPF fiber lasers simultaneously scan the build area and generate up to 80% more parts in the same time with the utmost flexibility. As such, you can ensure that parts are available more quickly and maximize flexibility when processing customer orders.
Power Bed Monitoring for monitoring component quality
You can automatically monitor the powder bed via an integrated camera in the TruPrint component chamber and the automatic image processing function. This means that you have a constant overview of the state of the component and can analyze the quality parameters layer-by-layer. In addition to the powder coating, the Powder Bed Monitoring function also records the state of the layer and identifies protruding parts in the powder bed.
Quickly manage spikes in demand and benefit from a longer machine runtime without any interventions by the operator. This is possible because the build cylinder has two substrate plates, meaning the substrate plate can be exchanged automatically without stopping the LMF process. The machine software provides fully automatic support once the first build job is complete and the next one is being started. The first complete build job is collected in the overflow container.
Innovative recoating system for high process speed
The TruPrint 1000 coordinates powder coating and laser exposure partly in parallel. The tilting recoater accelerates the powder application process and reduces non-productive time to a minimum, which enables higher process speeds. The coater component with an X profile ensures an optimal powder coating and a reliable, robust process.
Operating the machine is easy with the help of the setup wizard. The machine operator can call up the TruPrint setup wizard directly via the machine's HMI. Subsequently, the user can go through the different work steps in the wizard one at a time, e.g. make layer zero.

The TruPrint 1000 is equipped with one, or optionally as a multilaser with two, 200-W TRUMPF fiber laser(s) with a wavelength of around 1,070 nm.
