The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between IT and the various functional groups within the company. The individual appointed to this position will engage with group leaders and users to understand their requirements and translate such requirements into functional, performance, and user interface specifications for developers to build the necessary applications. This position reports to the Director of IT.


  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, gather functional requirements and distinguish users’ wishes from essential/critical underlying needs for the purpose of prioritization
  • Critically evaluate information gathered, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
  • Write comprehensive Functional Requirements documents, application Release Notes and software User Guides for projects as they advance through their development cycles
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the concepts and business processes required for developing and maintaining various internal systems and custom applications
  • Provide support in the development, testing, and implementation (including updates and enhancements) stages as well as on trouble tickets from users
  • Document test cases and perform end-to-end testing
  • Analyze data for business insights/decisions
  • Analyze and assess the design of internal systems to provide recommendations for improving business processes and underlying systems
  • Support multiple development initiatives simultaneously



  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT /Business Administration or similarly related field is required
  • Exceptional logical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Mastery of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Strong documentation skills (candidate must pass a writing test prior to being hired)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with stakeholders at all levels from executive management to the actual end user in order to interpret business requirements and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in conducting business analyses is required
  • Thorough understanding of software development life-cycle, relational databases, and system design is strongly preferred
  • Competency in the use of the Microsoft Office application suite
  • Experience in the preparation of detailed reports and providing briefings to colleagues and management
  • Experience working with ERP systems and in programming and/or working knowledge of database queries is strongly preferred
  • General knowledge of accounting principles is desirable
  • Must be able and willing to adhere to a Work in Office (WIO), Work from Home (WFH), or a hybrid schedule (thereof) and maintain full productivity in either environment
  • Must be able to maintain a suitable working environment at place of residence to project a professional image in on-line meetings with other parties


NCS is a manufacturer of custom configured desktop and notebook computers, servers, and internet appliances. Opening for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to build and document the First Article units and troubleshoot/resolve technical issues prior to release to production line.

Must be either a citizen or green card holder. ITAR complying building.


  • Review First Article Bill of Materials.
  • Assemble Notebooks, Desktops and Servers based on experience and best practices.
  • Install various operating systems and drivers as necessary.
  • Validate the load and proper function of the Operating System.
  • Complete burn-in testing as needed.
  • Resolve technical issues – as relates to fit, form or function.
  • Generate all necessary documentation for each first article computer or server.
    • Provide Assembly, Initial and Final test documentation for the assembly line.
    • Provide packing instructions as necessary.
  • Work with personnel outside of your group to resolve build issues.
  • Build and Integrate Rack Solutions based on custom drawings and specifications.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed.


  • Knowledge and background in computer assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to utilize hand tools or electric screw drivers in the course of daily activities.
  • Should be able to lift 40Lbs without any assistance and provide assistance for heavier & larger loads.
  • Cooperative team spirit and positive attitude toward fellow employees.
