An Nguyen is President and one of the founders of NCS Technologies in 1996. For over 20 years, An has refined and is executing a business strategy of “Forward Looking – Forward Leaning” through distinct business verticals.
An arrived in the U.S. as a refugee in late 1980. He ultimately earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1985. Dedication and hard work earned him induction into the prestigious academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. An then completed his graduate work at Santa Clara University.
An lives with his family in Fairfax, Va. overseeing the day-to-day management of NCS.
Mark Christopher

Mark Christopher's Bio
Mark Christopher is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Co-founder NCS Technologies. Mark manages our finance, administration and logistics functions, and is actively involved in all other aspects of the company.
During their time at WIN Laboratories, a “white-box” PC manufacturer, Mark and An Nguyen established very close working and personal relationships. Mark left WIN to form a similar operation and shortly thereafter acquired an electronics components reseller. These entities were rolled into the newly created NCS Technologies in 1996.
Mark attended Rutgers University where he obtained a BS in Economics. He became a CPA in 1981, the same year he and his wife moved to Virginia.
Robert Elias
Robert Elias' Bio
Robert (Bob) Elias is the Vice President of Sales for the Client and Enterprise Systems group at NCS Technologies. Bob brings two decades of federal sales & executive management experience. As VP of Sales he leads enterprise government sales operations and customer relationships managers focused on customer satisfaction and NCS growth. Part of his responsibility is to ensure alignment of NCS offerings and customer requirements.
Bob hails from Woodland Hills, California and was a graduate from the United States Military Academy with a degree in engineering. Bob holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. He currently resides in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Mark Pancerella's Bio
Mark Pancerella is Vice President of Strategic Pricing and Analytics for NCS Technologies. Mark joined NCS in 1998 and has managed multiple departments during his tenure, including Sales, Products, and Customer Service. Establishing the Strategic Pricing and Analytics group in 2023, his team is responsible for developing unique and innovate pricing algorithms to support strategic business opportunities.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Mark earned a B.A. in Astronomy from the University of Virginia. Mark resides with his family in Bristow, VA.
Mike Turicchi
Mike Turicchi's Bio
Mike Turicchi is Vice President of Strategic Relationships and Marketing for NCS Technologies. Mike is responsible for establishing strategic relationships with technology suppliers to ensure NCS solutions are robust, competitive, and reflect the industry’s most innovative offerings in alignment with customer requirements. Mike also oversees all of NCS’ marketing efforts.
Born in Texas, Mike was raised in Connecticut and earned a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. Honing his skills as a solutions architect, he is an expert at defining the synergies between NCS offerings and the feature-function-benefits of NCS’ supply partners. This proficiency has enabled NCS teams to quickly identify the “art of the possible.” Subsequently NCS is quite often the first to introduce innovation to various vertical market applications. Mike is a 19-year NCS employee who resides with his family in Ashburn, VA.
Doug Eacker

Doug Eacker's Bio
Doug Eacker is the Vice President of Strategic Programs for NCS Technologies. Doug began his career at NCS in 2005 managing manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. In 2012, Doug transitioned to management lead for NCS’s Federal Capture and IT-oriented project-program/contract management. Most recently, he spearheaded the effort to introduce Additive Manufacturing to the company’s portfolio.
Doug holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a M.S. in Logistics Operations an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. Doug resides with his family in Ellicott City, MD, where he coaches youth baseball, and works on his 1968 Ford Mustang, a car he has owned since he turned 16.

Paul Alexander's Bio
Paul Alexander is the Vice President of Operations for NCS Technologies. Paul joined NCS in 2011 as the Director of Warehouse and Logistics. He leads the NCS Warehouse, Quality (ISO), Operations Services, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Teams to deliver first time quality while also increasing throughput and efficiencies.
Paul graduated from Radford University with a degree in Organizational Management. A Northern Virginia native, he is an avid outdoorsman who resides with his family in Manassas Park, VA.
Steve Stuck
Steve Stuck's Bio
Steve Stuck is the Vice President of the Appliance & Server Engineering Group. Steve joined NCS in 2006 and formed a team responsible for manufacturing Rugged Mission Systems and OEM server appliance development.
A native of Los Angeles, Steve graduated with an engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1988 and was designated a Naval Aviator in 1990. Assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron SIX (HS-6), he completed two deployments aboard USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) to include Operation Desert Storm. Subsequently, Steve was an Instructor Pilot in HS-10, the Fleet Replacement Squadron.
Steve resides in Southport, NC, enjoys many forms of outdoor recreation, and as a recent “empty nester” spends as much time camping and traveling with his wife as feasible.
Tim Shanahan
Timothy Shanahan's Bio
Timothy Shanahan is the Chief Product Development Officer for NCS Technologies. Tim started with NCS as a Systems Engineer in 2001, working up to the Director of Integration Engineering and finally taking over as the Chief Product Development Officer in December 2013. In this capacity Tim manages the commercial off the shelf (COTS) products while also overseeing the development of our custom solutions with the NCS engineering team.
Tim graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Tim has been a lifetime computer enthusiast and martial artist, having taught both Karate and Kendo while at the University of Virginia and then in Northern Virginia after graduation. Tim currently resides with his family in Warrenton, VA.
Brian Gentry
Brian Gentry's Bio
Brian Gentry is Vice President of Engineering. He joined NCS technologies in 1997 and is one of the original employees. Starting as NCS’ first engineer 26 years ago, he now oversees the entire NCS Engineering group which includes the Software, Mechanical, Electrical and Integration Engineering groups.
Brian has always had a love of PCs and started his journey with computers in 1979 with a Texas Instruments TI-99/4A computer, learning to program at a young age. Brian’s passion for technology continued through his gradation from George Mason University in 1992 where he earned a Systems Engineering degree. He currently resides in Gainesville, VA.
